From Silicon Valley · Sonoma & Napa · Personally Curated
Sonoma and Napa are roughly 1.5–2.5 hours from San Jose, Palo Alto, and the South Bay. Let a personal concierge handle every reservation, route, and detail — so you arrive relaxed and ready to taste.
Start Planning Your Tour →If you're in San Jose, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, or Sunnyvale, world-class wine country is an easy drive — no flights, no long weekends required. Sonoma's rolling vineyard valleys are roughly 1.5–2.5 hours away depending on where you're starting and traffic. Napa is a similar drive.
The challenge isn't the drive. It's knowing which wineries to visit, which tasting experiences are worth your time, and how to book them. That's where Scenic Cellars comes in. We plan wine tours exclusively — tailored to your palate, your pace, and your party.
We know which estates are worth the drive and which won't live up to the hype. Every stop is chosen to match your taste — not a generic tour list.
We contact every winery directly and secure your appointments — including tasting experiences that don't advertise availability online.
No preset itineraries, no one-size-fits-all lists. Your preferences, group size, and pace shape every decision — from which wineries we pick to how the day flows.
We plan your day geographically so you spend time tasting wine, not backtracking across the county.
Don't feel like driving? Transportation can be arranged in advance — let us know when booking and we'll do our best to coordinate based on availability.
We'll plan your route and timing so the day runs smoothly — no backtracking, no guesswork.
