When you submit an intake form, request an itinerary, or book a plan through our site, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, and preferences. This information is used solely to plan and deliver your wine country experience, including coordinating with wineries and, where requested, private drivers.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example, search engines, referrals, or social media), and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the site and our services.

Google Analytics does not receive your name, email, or any details from your itinerary or booking — it only sees general browsing activity on the site itself.
If you submit an inquiry or booking, we'll send you emails related to your itinerary, booking confirmations, and planning updates via our email provider, Resend. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We work with wineries, private drivers, and payment processors to deliver your experience. We share only the information necessary to coordinate your itinerary — for example, your name and visit time with a winery you'll be visiting.
You may decline analytics cookies at any time via the banner on our site. You may also contact us directly to request that we delete your information from our records, except where we're required to retain it (such as for tax or payment records).
